Nicole Lindley brings over 25 years of corporate leadership experience to her work as an executive coach and peer group chair. She partners with accomplished women to help them step out of the day-to-day and into intentional growth—both personally and professionally.
Nicole creates space for women in leadership to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with clarity. Her coaching blends encouragement, accountability, and strategic insight, empowering each member to lead with more confidence, impact, and ease.
With a career spanning finance, IT, sales, marketing, HR, and operations, Nicole brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to her clients. Her collaborative, inclusive leadership style is rooted in real-world experience—she’s navigated the boardroom, built teams, and driven results across every facet of business. And while her CPA and financial background keep her grounded in strategy, her true passion lies in helping women become the best version of themselves, both at work and at home.
